So many happy memories of Arlene:
From the time we first met as the "part-timers" at You Cosmetics, having to wear the uniform - very floaty peach dresses, that did no-one any favours. Practicing our make up skills on each other in the fashionable bright colours of the time - then having to stroll round Bracknell looking like a pair of peacocks!!
Arlene decorating Crowthorne Community Hall to transform it into something stunning for our daughter's wedding reception!
And simply can't forget when Arlene started practicing her Reflexology. "Can I practice on you - just bring a bottle of wine!" Unconventional but those sessions were SO enjoyable. (and she was VERY good at it)
Love you Arlene xx

I have so many wonderful and funny memories of Arls. One of my favourite was when we went to Butlins at Bognor with Sue & Terri from Binfield Surgery. We called it a stress management weekend (!) We saw loads of bands from the 70s and the highlight was sitting on tiny children chairs at the front of a hall (with the children....adults at the back) screaming ourselves hoarse at Alvin Stardust. I'd bought a joke pair of giant knickers at Blackbushe Market before we went and Arls stood up and hurled them at the stage. They smacked him straight in the face as he was singing my coocachew and he didnt bat an eyelid - he just kept singing. I dont think I've ever laughed so much since. Honest to goodness, Arls bought joy, life and light to everyone she met and everything she did. My life is better for having Arls in it xxx
